United States of Indefinite Detention for ALL, No Charge, No Trial, No Attorney... the Militarized Police State of America.
UPDATE - Dec 31, 2011
End of the year signing, how symbolic,
OBAMA SIGNED NDAA 2011 today -
Obama has "serious reservations" about NDAA 2012 but he chose not to veto. He added a Presidential Signing Statement. However, a
HAS NO LEGAL EFFECT!
"Unlike vetoes, signing statements are not part of the legislative process as set forth in the Constitution, and HAVE NO LEGAL EFFECT. A signed law is still a law regardless of what the President says in an accompanying signing statement."
Obama's Signing Statement said he "signed this bill despite having serious reservations with certain provisions that regulate the detention, interrogation, and prosecution of suspected terrorists. Over the last several years, my Administration has developed an effective, sustainable framework for the detention, interrogation and trial of suspected terrorists..."
The President has a duty not to sign a law which in a given circumstance would be unconstitutional, because the President takes an oath to "preserve, protect and defend" the Constitution. (Article II, Section 1).

The Bill of Rights - a symbol of Freedom and democracy
December 15, Bill of Rights Day - a symbol of hypocrisy
This is a follow up to, 'Permanent Martial Law - No Due Process for Americans in America' which is a follow up to 'Proof Obama Will Sign NDAA 1031 Citizen Imprisonment Law in a few days' which is
Tyranny and Oppression
"If Tyranny and Oppression come to this land, it will be in the guise of fighting a foreign enemy."
~ James Madison, 'Father of the Constitution' and fourth US President
[The First Ten Constitutional Amendments] The Bill of Rights was ratified by the 1st US Congress on December 15, 1791 and slaughtered by the 112th Congress Thursday, exactly 220 years later. Senator Udall said, “If we start labeling our citizens as enemies of the United States without any due process, I think we will have done serious damage” and then Senator Udall voted for it. Serious damage, you betcha! Totalitarianism.
In another twist of irony on Thursday, Bill of Rights Day, the Justice Department accused Sheriff Joe Arpaio of engaging in “unconstitutional policing” by unfairly targeting Latinos for detention and arrest and retaliating against those who complain. It just so happens that Thomas E. Perez, Assistant Attorney General on the case is Latino. I can't say it's personal for Mr Perez because the Justice Dept was all about protecting rights for minorities last week. Attorney General Eric Holder says stricter laws on voter ID will hurt minorities. I'm all for voter rights but a lot of current laws are too lax. I'd rather see Holder tackling the rigged diebold vote because that is a much bigger problem! I'm not going into the issues but the point is, DOJ is on the protect-rights-bus, so quick, alert the Justice Department to the bullshit 'unconstitutional military policing' by the traitors on the Hill! Let 'em know lawmakers, civil liberty groups and Americans are screaming about CONgress and Obama's 'unconstitutional military policing'! Tell the Justice Department to STOP martial law of the land! WE DEMAND JUSTICE, LIBERTY and FREEEDOM! Remind them of the fact it violates Posse Comitatus Act and the Constitution. There is no justice when a [Constitutional lawyer] President ends due process for Americans! Who am I kidding? This is the Justice Dept that works the frauds.
I guess Congress missed Obama's preventative prolonged detention speech back in 2009. It really is quite telling. The whole thing is absurd but this part really gets me, Obama Says -
"In our Constitutional system, prolonged detention should not be the decision of any one man. If and when we determine that the United States must hold individuals to keep them from carrying out an act of war, we will do so within a system that involves judicial and congressional oversight. So going forward, my administration will work with Congress to develop an appropriate legal regime so that our efforts are consistent with our values and our Constitution"--First of all, prolonged detention could never fit in to OUR Constitutional system, especially preventative. Any kind of "legal regime" that is "appropriate" for prolonged detention is more appropriate for a totalitarian regime. It seems clear to me that indefinite detention is something Obama has long wanted and citizen imprisonment in NDAA is the latest effort to make it part of his 'legal regime'... albeit UNCONSTITUTIONAL!!! America is a battlefield and its * citizens can be detained by military upon the order of this one man, the man who said in 2009, "it should not be the decision of any one man"... yet it is... because Congress just gave it to him for his UNCONSTITUTIONAL "legal regime"... and now that it is up to that one man to call for the indefinite detention of anyone... anywhere... Will he use it to prevent a crime that has not yet occurred? That could be just about anything within the vague terms used in NDAA. Maybe Big Brother has thought police or they'll just name anyone that disagrees with government actions/policy... which would include most everyone. Men like George Bush and Barack Obama do whatever they want, just as Hitler's Germany "legal regime" did before they killed the Jews. So with the rising dissent of the American People who are fed up with corruption and government run by corporations, it makes perfect sense that Obama requested Citizen Imprisonment. Don't think that's the worst of it, because he wants prolonged preventative detention... can you say FEMA camps?!
Watch and Share Like the Wind:
An Open Message to Police and Military - PLEASE Spread this like the Wind!
The Patriot Act was just the beginning of the end for the US Constitution; subsequent Acts, Executive Orders and actions by those good-ol-boys all lead toward The Closing of American society. The masses have been sleeping through it but the War on People has been raging for decades. This government has been committing high-treason for over twenty years; the biggest crime, right in our face, isn't seen by the sheeple, but this America is a battlefield is literally spelled out in black and white... they finally said it, 'We the People' are the enemy. This Citizen Imprisonment Act topped off the past decade of change no one wants to believe in, but the sheeple better see it now. There is a lot of denial floating down Main Street but they may catch on once Obama seals the deal for citizen imprisonment before the end of Human Rights Week... It's a Rude Wake Up Call America,
'Father of the Constitution' James Madison said, "All men having power ought to be mistrusted", and he was right. A US Senator Lindsey Graham says the enemy is "anyone alleged to be in opposition to the US government’s game"... a game? a pastime? as in amusement? I am not entertained or amused! Sen. Graham made such a strong argument for military detention but closed it by saying we must fight for “civil liberties and the American way of life. If we don’t fight for it, we’re going to lose it.” The lawmakers that slaughtered the US Bill of Rights have done more damage to American life than 300+Million Americans combined! I think the tyrant is coercing us to fight. TPTB would love for protests to turn violent but that would play into their hands... why they coerce. You may have noticed the trolls cruising the web will push for violence but that seems to be their only tactic recently, so stay sharp for infiltrators and provocateurs. I am a strong proponent of Peace, Liberty and Justice so I have never supported a terrorist or condoned any form of violence and I believe most Americans are the same... but they'll create a false flag so POTUS can call for martial law of the land and start filling up the FEMA camps.Your Allotted Amount of Freedom has Expired!
The Bill of Rights isn't the only cost in NDAA this year, there's another $662,000,000,000.00 to finance the military so the warmongers can bomb all those nations so the war-profiteers can line their platinum pockets with gold... so TPTB can rule by fear. Troops are coming home from Iraq but do not forget war is not over for Iraq and some US military trainers and over 50,000 private contractors will remain. The last report said there are still over 200,000 US troops and supporting 'private contractors' in Afghanistan and they still have their sites on Syria and Iran. "No nation could preserve its freedom in the midst of continual warfare."~ James Madison
There is an overdue bit of good news, the SEC charged six former executives of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac with securities fraud... six tokens thrown under the bus. I'd like to but I don't count on seeing them in jail. Pssst, what about the big-fraudulent-fish like Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan?! Jail them all! The last hushed bailout didn't change anything but the date for the euro fail, the more they do the worst it gets, so hang on for the ride folks. The economy is just part of the problem and it's gonna get worse. I probably shouldn't say this but some folks seem to think the US is headed toward civil war. The military is already hiring internment camp officers, the National Guard survey that asked, Will you use lethal force against the American public if ordered to do so?' I'd like to think no one in the military would use lethal force or imprison their own citizens, but in reality, ten years of hellish war takes its toll on anyone... there is always Blackwater/Xe/Academi. Will the military divide? Will people divide and turn against their neighbor Not a pretty picture is it? Maybe I'm feeling too cynical after this week and watching the Dumb American Bastard Sheeple for years, but the agenda has played out just as the conspiracy theorists have called it thus far. The illuminati are sick and twisted; they've used the divide and conquer tactic all too well. I don't like the thought at all, but from their point of view, civil war would take the population down and therefore makes the people easier to control (FEMA camps can not hold 300,000,000 people). Or maybe they'll just add a new something-something to the chemical mix and spray us like pests, or maybe the Asian cabal will take down the illuminati and finally put them in their place... or China and Russia. Gandhi said,
'The enemy is fear. We think it is hate; but, it is fear.'
I don't know what's going to happen but I do know The People better better wake the f*ck up and get busy uniting... and build some Staying Power! For the sake of humanity, drop the petty arguments on issues that don't mean a damn thing if we're living in the New World Order. Remember the fact WE OUTNUMBER THEM, AND THEY NEED US MORE THAN WE NEED THEM... that is our biggest strength and their biggest fear (reason their agenda likely calls for depopulation?) With or without that scenario, FREEDOM HAS EXPIRED! The time is now! Stay Strong! Peace ~
Important Update - On Friday, 12/16/11, "Senator Mark Udall, a member of the Senate Armed Services and Intelligence committees, announced that he has joined Intelligence Committee Chairwoman Dianne Feinstein in introducing the Due Process Guarantee Act of 2011, to clarify that American citizens apprehended inside the United States cannot be indefinitely detained by the military. The bill also codifies a “clear-statement rule” that requires Congress to expressly authorize detention authority over U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents. The protections are limited to those “apprehended in the United States” and exclude citizens who take up arms against the United States on a foreign battlefield, such as Afghanistan."

Blackwater, Xe now Academi, has a new name but the game's the same
"Washington - Infamously known for killing 17 Iraqi civilians in Baghdad's Nisour Square in 2007, private security contractor Blackwater's name-changing continues, calling itself Academi, with a byline of Elite Training, Trusted Protection, and now wants back in Iraq.
The private security contractor once known as Blackwater, then known as Xe, is rebranding itself one more time, all in three years’ time, and while its new name may be Academi, its core focus is still the same: security service training and a Middle East country called Iraq.

Drill baby spill, should be the motto of Uniparty Inc. BP's oil is still leaking in the Gulf of Mexico The tar on Gulf's sand isn't the tar sands pipeline, it's Keystone XL. The similarity is, again it's not our oil but we'll take all the risk, get all the damage and pay for the fake clean up with Big-Oil's tax-write-off. It's a lousy trade but Uniparty Inc delivers for Big-oil.

Speaking before the Senate this afternoon, Sen. Bradley Manning, who turned 24 today, has been detained since May 2010 (19 months) it was 9 months before charges were filed. 'Collateral Murder?' is the TRUTH about war and an example of what the government doesn't want you to know, but there is so much more.
Happy Birthday Bradley, Thank you for your courage! Stay strong!
"The hearing is to determine whether Manning will face a court-martial. If his case goes to trial and he is convicted, he could face life in prison. The government has said it would not seek the death penalty...
The materials Manning is accused of leaking include hundreds of thousands of sensitive items: Iraq and Afghanistan war logs, State Department cables and a classified military video of a 2007 American helicopter attack in Iraq that killed 11 men, including a Reuters news photographer and his driver.
At the time, Manning, a native of Crescent, Okla., was a low-level intelligence analyst in Baghdad.
Manning, who turns 24 on Saturday, was detained in Iraq in May 2010 and moved to a Marine Corps brig at Quantico, Va., in July. Nine months later, the Army sent him to the military prison at Fort Leavenworth, Kan., after a series of claims by Manning of unlawful pretrial punishment...
Last month, 54 members of the European Parliament signed a letter to the US government raising concerns about Manning's 18-month pretrial confinement.
It took months for the Army to reach the conclusion that Manning was competent to stand trial. In the meantime Manning's civilian lawyer, Coombs, has sought to build a case that appears to rest in part on an assertion that the government's own reviews of the leaks concluded that little damage was done.
