“In war, there are no unwounded soldiers.” Jose Narosky
“I dream of giving birth to a child who will ask, "Mother, what was war?"” Eve Merriam
“Mankind must put an end to war, or war will put an end to mankind” John F. Kennedy
“There was never a good war or a bad peace.” Benjamin Franklin
“The world is full enough of hurts and mischance without wars to multiply them.” J.R.R. Tolkien
I find war immoral, repugnant and pointless. The next two quotes are deceitful accounts by corrupt men.
"The tyrant has fallen, and Iraq is free." George W. Bush"We've persevered because of a belief we share with the Iraqi people - a belief that out of the ashes of war, a new beginning could be born in this cradle of civilization. Through this remarkable chapter in the history of
the United States and Iraq, we have met our responsibility. Now, it's time to turn the page." Barack Obama
