Citizens vs Civilians - Americans Without a Country

Citizen vs. Civilian... Only Citizens Have Rights!

US CITIZENSHIP and "THE ENEMY EXPATRIATION ACT"

Now that Congress and the President have passed NDAA 2012 and declared America is a battlefield and 'We the People' are the enemy, POTUS can say the word and a US Citizen can be detained by the military, indefinitely and without charge.  No charges. No attorney. No trial. No Day in Court, No Habeus Corpus!  What's the next next oppressive step in America?  Americans without citizenship and without a country.  And again, with No trial, No Day in Court, No conviction and the additional kicker... absolutely NO Constitutional protections!

The 'Enemy Expatriation Act' is an amendment to  8 U.S.S. 1481.  It's just one sentence really, but it has enormous implications. "To add engaging in or supporting hostilities against the United States to the list of acts for which United States nationals would lose their nationality".  It notes "the term `hostilities' means any conflict subject to the laws of war".  What it doesn't say is what is important here and I will explain how Americans can

Lose US Citizenship and all remaining Rights...
WITH NO TRIAL and NO CRIMINAL CONVICTION!!!

All acts that lead to expatriation under 8 U.S.S. 1481 are presumed to be voluntary. 8 U.S.S. 1481 Section (b) allows the expatriate to refute the action was not voluntary, but the only way a person can refute the action did not occur [i.e. they didn't do it]  is  in  a  court  of  law.  This is why the current law (Section 7 of 8. U.S.S. 1481 which covers acts such as 'rebellion', overthrowing government and Seditious Conspiracy) says the citizen would lose citizenship "if and when he is convicted".  Has anyone ever been convicted of rebellion?  Wow, a rebel with a cause may soon be left without a country in the New America, Why bother with pesky trials?

They are now passing laws where no trial or conviction is needed to detain or assassinate an American citizen so and it's not so different when it comes to stripping US Citizenship... and all remaining Constitutional protectionsIf POTUS can order the military to indefinitely detain anyone, without charge, then he could also strip citizenship and all Constitutional protections and hello, the military is then required to detain that person (per NDAA 2012).  THIS IS INSANE!  It seems to me that not bothering to have a trial could probably means they don't have evidence.  These lawmakers do whatever they want with no regard for US law or OUR Bill of Rights!  The Enemy Expatriation Act is a very short bill but it is a giant step for fascist America.  This is like Germany's Nuremberg laws that revoked citizenship of naturalized Jews and “undesirables” in 1933 so it seems they are still following that playbook.

[Section 7] and proposed bill [Section 8] are similar crimes,  So why do they need Section 8?  Why not add that sentence to Section 7?  Because they don't think they need to bother with trials anymore - thats why!  Section 8 does not have the key words "if and when he is convicted" so they don't intend on convicting anyone before stripping their US citizenship.  Sections 1-6 are not referring to criminalities so there is no need to make any reference to a conviction.  The new section 8 should have those key words "if and when he is convicted" because those provisions are criminal look closely - it does not!   This is A) a serious oversight by several long time Dem and GOP lawmakers or B) Intentional!  Again, they only way the citizen can refute they didn't do anything criminal is in a court of law and this code 8 U.S.S. 1481 only allows the expatriate to refute the action was not voluntary... and that is after they are already an expatriate.  The expatriate's only recourse of action is to say the act was not voluntary so there is NO WAY TO FOR THE EXPATRIATE TO APPEAL!

Of course this method of stripping US citizenship is against US law and it is unconstitutional, but so are the provisions for indefinite detention of US citizens in the recently passed NDAA 2012 [which will go into effect next month].  The eradication of due process is the latest trend in DC so I’m not surprised they’d strip citizenship with a mere allegation of whateverAt least Philip Nolan got a trial before he became The Man Without a Country.  Well, there is one exception because there is one nationality where the US government will allow a dual citizenship, Israel

The US Supreme Court wrote, "Congress has no power under the Constitution to divest a person of his United States citizenship absent his voluntary renunciation thereof."    The 14th Amendment says they can't make or enforce such a law... but these same people just passed NDAA with provisions that are UNCONSTITUTIONAL and explicitly VIOLATE US law.  And Congress just gave approval for Drones to fly over US and the FAA projects that 30,000 drones could be in the nation’s skies by 2020.

Wake up America!  Germany stripped citizenship of Jews and "undesirables" before they imprisoned them... before they killed them!

This 'Stripping of US citizenship without Due Process' bill has bipartisan support. Two identical versions of the Enemy Expatriation Act,  H.R. 3166 and S. 1698, were introduced on the same day, October 12, 2011.  This Act [of treason] was introduced to the House of Representatives by Charles Dent (R-PA) with co-sponsors Jason Altmire (D-PA), Robert Latta (R-OH) and Frank Wolf (R-VA) and to the Senate by Senators Joe Lieberman (I-CT) with his [co-conspirator] co-sponsor Scott Brown (R-MA).  I think it is hardly coincidence that they should introduce the exact same language to strip US Citizenship [without need for conviction] to their prospective Judicial Committees on the same day.  Identical bills that are introduced simultaneously are usually indicative of a bill written by a lobbyist; perhaps there is a lobbyist for the NWO.   The Reich Citizenship Law

The good news is that both bills are still in committee and every American citizen should hope they never make it out, but since tyranny seems to be the agenda, don't count on it.  Write and call your representatives, the ACLU, Human Rights Watch and every civil liberties group you can think of.  We can't let this bill get out of Congress because Obama is the one who said he wants to indefinitely detain people to PREVENT crime (at inception).  Don't let him order PRE-CRIME detention and expatriation!  I'm not condoning violence or traitors but you know its bad when the President openly admits they assassinate US Citizens.  He basically bragged about it but won't provide any information to the ACLU (ACLU sues Obama over Assassination Secrecy). We need to make some noise on this 'Expatriate with NO crime/trial/conviction Act', so get the word out and call every member of Congress that is on either Judiciary Committee and your own representatives, and tell them to scrap it or fix it by adding those missing words, "IF and WHEN HE IS CONVICTED" (committee members Senate and House).  You can also tell Congress to REPEAL Indefinite Detention Clause by supporting H.R. 3785.  Apparently they don't want or need our vote if they want to do away with Due Process for indefinite detention and/or revocation of US Citizenship.  They're not worried, they just rely on rigged elections and the fake Diebold vote/count machines to keep their job (these GOP primaries are a joke).

If you haven't read the book or seen the video, 'End of America - Letter of Warning to a Young Patriot', PLEASE DO!  You can watch the video and more here, 'GIVE ME LIBERTY!'.  An ugly part of history is repeating  itself and if this globalist-road-to-ruin continues, the worst is yet to come.  Hundreds of laws were passed in Germany before WWII and they are eerily similar to the Patriot Act, NDAA and the Enemy Expatriation Act.  Hitler's Germany targeted a specific group of people but US laws are much more broad because dissent is coming from all walks of life... the 99%.  US has been making the same steps to close down an open society as Hitler's Germany did so we can look at history to get an indication what's next for America.  July 14, 1933, Germany's De-Naturalization Law revoked the citizenship of naturalized Jews and “undesirables.”  That was followed by gun laws and here they come, Fast and Furious (duplicity in that name folks).

Acts like NDAA 2012 and the Enemy Expatriation Act are not meant to protect America... they label the American the threat and strip them of America.  Such drastic laws are meant to protect TPTB and the NWO.  They're not meant to defend Liberty, they take away Liberty.  America's own People are NOT the threat to America; the threat is the NWO and their puppet lawmakers who make these treasonous laws.  They are only self-serving and they will stop at nothing to stop the dissent.  The peaceful activists are the true Patriots of America and they want to cast them to sea.  Don't wait until Americans have been set adrift with no nation to protect... don't let true patriots be cast to sea... STAND TOGETHER NOW!
