Remember ‎'DEEPSPILL PROJECT' US Minerals Management Service (MMS) and BP were participants; p. 89 of the 2001 report:
"This is important information, because the water-soluble compounds are generally the most toxic ones when exposed to marine biota. The results from these measurements show that the rising of the oil through the water column represents a kind of 'stripping' process of some of the most toxic compounds in the oil. The end result is therefore that a portion of the most toxic compounds is left in the water column.":

A sign posted on an Alabama beach warns it has been impacted by the oil spill.  The sign says "Oil may come and go at any time and it may not be visible. If you see oil in the water, you are cautioned not to enter."
YOU CAN"T SEE OIL THAT IS NOT VISIBLE!  CLOSE THE GULF OF MEXICO!  Wall Photos by Project Gulf Impact; "Gulf Shores, today";

Over 8,000 birds collected so far in the Gulf of Mexico because of BP oil spill; “According to the Nov. 30 report, 911 brown pelicans have been collected from all five Gulf states - Louisiana, Alabama, Texas, Florida and Mississippi - and of that number, 555 perished.”;

“Food Stamp Rolls Continue to Rise; "Some 42.9 million people collected food stamps last month, up 1.2% from the prior month and 16.2% higher than the same time a year ago, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture.  Nationwide 14% of the population relied on food stamps as of September but in some states the percentage was much higher. In Washington, D.C., Mississippi and Tennessee – the states with the largest share of citizens receiving benefits – more than a fifth of the population in each was collecting food stamps.";

WikiLeaks: Texas Company Helped Pimp Little Boys To Stoned Afghan Cops; “Another international conflict, another horrific taxpayer-funded sex scandal for DynCorp, the private security contractor tasked with training the Afghan police.  While the company is officially based in the DC area, most of its business is managed on a satellite campus at Alliance Airport north of Fort Worth. And if one of the diplomatic cables from the WikiLeaks archive is to be believed, boy howdy, are their doings in Afghanistan shady.”

ICT Editorial: Bloomberg’s ‘Non-Apology’ Apology; by GHWELKER; “New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg still does not get it. Back in August, he told a radio audience that he advised Gov. David Paterson to “get a cowboy hat and a shotgun” to resolve the issue of having sovereign Indian governments collect New York’s sales taxes on cigarettes. More than 100 New York Indians staged a protest at City Hall, calling on the mayor to apologize. The Seneca Indians explored the idea of filing a formal “hate speech” complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice. The National Congress of American Indians and the United South and Eastern Tribes also weighed in, taking the mayor to task for his thoughtless, hurtful words.”;

What a sad state of government affairs we are in. Gulf of Mexico, tax-cuts for the wealthy, food-stamps for the poor and corporate government run amok.  Government must become unincorporated and run by decent, moral people!  Note to Mr. Bloomberg, The least you could do is APOLOGIZE!!!
